More specifically, I've been slacking on the podcast, which brings me to a brand new segment that I'm calling Kirk's Excuse Corner. Welcome to the most relaxing corner of the attic, a place that really lends itself particularly well to deflecting blame, denying responsibility, and general excuse making at large. In this, our first edition of Kirk's Excuse Corner, I'd like to explain why this is the first episode of a Talk in the Attic that I've released in over a month. And it's not that I don't want to release them, and it's not that I don't love you, it's just that I've been dumping all of my extracurricular energy into a house project. Namely, we've been painting the exterior of our home. So get off my back for fuck's sake.
